Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to huan365, an online gaming platform operated at huan365.best and designed specifically for players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and huan365 ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the huan365 website, creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming that you accept these Terms. This applies whether you access huan365 through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or bonus rule, the more specific rule shall prevail for that particular matter.

Eligibility

To register and play on huan365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. huan365 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, unless huan365 explicitly permits access from your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry, whether maintained by huan365 or a government gaming authority.
• You must not be employed by huan365 or by any company supplying games, software, or services to huan365, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, or regulatory requirement.

huan365 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active huan365 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

When you register with huan365, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. huan365 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your huan365 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not your tropa, not a family member, not a third-party service claiming to help you win. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your huan365 account, notify our support team immediately at support@huan365.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the situation is resolved.

Deposits & Payments

huan365 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. All transactions on the platform are conducted exclusively in PHP. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit on huan365 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though huan365 may apply individual account limits based on risk assessment or regulatory requirements. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method you are using belongs to you and that the funds are from a legitimate source. huan365 does not accept funds that are proceeds of illegal activity. We cooperate fully with Philippine authorities and financial institutions in anti-money laundering investigations.

Transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. huan365 does not add surcharges on deposits, but third-party fees from GCash, your bank, or card issuer may apply as per their own terms.

Withdrawals

huan365 is committed to processing withdrawal requests quickly. Most standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to 2–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount on huan365 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is a standard maximum withdrawal limit per transaction; players requiring higher single-transaction withdrawals should contact support to discuss account-level arrangements.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the identity on your huan365 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or anonymous payment instruments. This requirement is in place to protect you and to comply with applicable regulations.

huan365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or when there are reasonable grounds to suspect account irregularities. In such cases, the player will be informed and the process explained clearly.

Bonuses & Promotions

huan365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promos tied to Filipino holidays and PBA events. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, which are published on the corresponding promotion page and form part of these Terms.

Unless a specific bonus is marked as "withdrawal-ready" or "no wagering," bonus funds on huan365 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — please review the game contribution table in the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules applicable to all huan365 promotions:

• Only one active bonus may be held per account at a time, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• huan365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if we reasonably believe it is being abused or claimed in violation of the promotion terms.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other methods will be disqualified and their accounts suspended.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without replacement.

The huan365 Refer a Friend programme operates under its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are subject to successful completion of eligibility criteria by the referred player.

Gameplay Rules

All games on huan365 — including Pusoy, Tongits, Live Casino tables, Color Game, and sports betting on PBA and other events — operate under specific game rules published within each game environment. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing bets or joining tables.

huan365 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in a licensed studio environment. Sports betting results are determined by actual sporting event outcomes as verified by recognised sports data providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether due to a server issue, disconnection, or software error — huan365 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our technical failure policy. If a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. huan365's decision on technical failure outcomes is final.

Bets placed and accepted on huan365 are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. For sports betting, huan365 reserves the right to void bets if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if the published odds were clearly erroneous due to a system error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on huan365 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the huan365 platform.
• Colluding with other players during card games, live casino sessions, or any competitive game mode.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to huan365 support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or fraudulent transaction activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward huan365 staff or other players.
• Posting false reviews or publicly making false factual statements about huan365.

If huan365 suspects any of the above, we reserve the right to freeze the account immediately and withhold any funds pending investigation. Players subject to investigation will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Responsible Gaming

huan365 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We actively promote responsible gaming practices and provide tools to help players manage their activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the huan365 platform — including but not limited to logos, game designs, software, text, graphics, interface layouts, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of huan365 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any huan365 content without prior written permission.

The huan365 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the company. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — online or offline — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Players grant huan365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their submitted content (such as reviews, feedback, or photos shared in community features) for platform improvement and promotional purposes, unless the player explicitly opts out.

Limitation of Liability

huan365 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we do our best to maintain a reliable, fast, and fair gaming environment, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, huan365 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from player error, forgotten credentials, or voluntary disclosure of login details.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Issues caused by third-party internet service providers, device failures, or payment processor downtime.

huan365's total liability to any individual player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the amount that player deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident, unless otherwise required by law.

Suspension & Termination

huan365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or any other reason that huan365 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its player community.

Players may also voluntarily close their huan365 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance not covered by pending wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their preferred payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonuses not yet met are forfeited upon account closure.

Account closure does not affect any obligations you have already incurred under these Terms, nor does it limit huan365's right to investigate and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Changes to Terms

huan365 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the huan365 platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice via email to registered players.

Your continued use of huan365 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of huan365 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

huan365 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable in their specific jurisdiction within the Philippines.
